Lean Six Sigma and Process Improvement – This course introduces students to the core principles and foundations of Lean Six Sigma, a methodology designed to improve processes, reduce waste, and enhance quality. Students will explore the concepts of process efficiency, customer-focused improvement, and the integration of Lean and Six Sigma approaches. The course emphasizes identifying process customers, understanding their needs, and mapping processes for clarity and improvement. Students will also learn essential data collection and presentation techniques, as well as how to identify root causes and sources of waste in workflows.
