Music Theory and Composition – This course builds on the foundational concepts from Semester 1, advancing into chord progressions, musical dynamics, instrument timbre, and song structure. Students will study how harmony, melody, and rhythm interact to shape compositions. Lessons will introduce classical and popular forms, focusing on how structure impacts emotional expression. Students will also develop skills in reading musical scores with greater fluency, applying theoretical analysis to real works.
