Instructional Design and Learning Technologies – This course introduces students to the principles and practices of instructional design. Learners explore how people learn, how to align learning objectives with instructional strategies, and how to analyze learner needs. The course includes an overview of instructional models such as ADDIE and covers topics such as Bloom’s Taxonomy, learning types, and learner analysis. Students will begin developing simple instructional materials using systematic design thinking. This course prepares students for careers in education, e-learning, training, and digital content development.
