Graphic Design and Visual Communication – This course introduces students to the fundamentals of graphic design, exploring its role in communication, problem-solving, and creative expression. Learners will study the foundations of design thinking, including iterative processes, tool selection, and the application of design principles. The course emphasizes problem-solving as a designer’s mindset, helping students recognize how empathy and clarity guide effective solutions. Students will also practice applying balance, contrast, rhythm, and movement in their work.
